Paris was on her way home from picking up DVDs at Virgin Megastore when deputies discovered the heiress was driving with a suspended license, arrested her and impounded the car. The incident would be the first of Paris’ two probation violations, stemming from a 2006 DUI arrest, causing her to be sentenced to time in jail later that year.
